Website and enquiry terms

General information

The website describes architecture, interior, furnishing and installation services. Content is general and does not guarantee feasibility, availability, price, timeline, regulatory approval or a particular outcome.

Enquiries and visit requests

Submitting a form creates a request, not a confirmed appointment or contract. Confirmation is provided separately. Please provide accurate information about the customer, site and requirements.

Proposals and projects

Quotations, scope, materials, measurements, payment milestones, warranties and delivery dates are governed by the client’s written proposal or contract. Those documents take precedence over website content.

Changes and cancellation

Visits may be changed through an available management link or by contacting the provider. The provider may reschedule where access, safety, staffing, materials or other operational conditions require it.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false requests, access another person’s information, upload unlawful content or interfere with the application. Abuse may be blocked and logged.
